November 14, 2008: Property price will not fall
Generally the supply and demand property growth is slowing down in Indonesia, but the investment opportunities is still open as the property market growth still show positive figures; it's different with other overseas market that may show negative figures in the next 1-2 years. But the rental apartment is predicted to slow down next year. The price will stay remain or increase but will not fall as local demand for 250 million people is still exist.
