| Foreigners based in Indonesia can now obtain a mortgage to buy a property in Indonesia. Much of the difficulty in obtaining finance has been due to the fact that the title deed of the property was not in the name of foreigner and banks are unable to advance mortgage finance unless the borrower's name is on the title documents. |
